THE DILLON

405 West 53rd Street, Manhattan, New York

Completed in 2011: New construction,  7-story, 83-unit luxury residential condominium with sub-grade parking, built on a former Con Edison site.

With over 300 feet of frontage on the north side of 53rd Street, The Dillon sets a standard for luxury residential development in Manhattan’s West Side Cultural District beginning with its striking faceted glass street front façade.

Designed by the acclaimed architect Henry Smith-Miller, the project includes nine four-bedroom triplex townhouses with individual courtyard entrances and private gardens; 22 duplex residences, 11 of which have rooftop terraces; and 55 uniquely designed flats. The townhouses have direct access to their parking spaces through their lower levels. The project also features a large fitness room and several lounges/meeting rooms.
