Louis has extensive expertise as a developer and builder of new and renovated residential, commercial and industrial properties.  He has been responsible for sourcing, structuring and developing over 1,800 residential units with a total value of over $1.2 billion. 


Mr. Greco’s extensive development skills include feasibility analysis, market and site evaluation, financial structuring, value engineering and construction materials, particularly in concrete, steel and soil conditions. 


Prior to forming SDS in 1988, he owned and operated a construction and development company with over 100 employees, one of the largest in New York City at the time.


Linda Greco founded Second Development Services, Inc. in 1987. As President of the firm, she initiates policy strategy and implementation. She also oversees corporate compliance and company procedures.


After starting her career at Chemical Bank's Chemical International Finance Ltd. (an Edge Act Corporation), she moved to Chemical Bank’s commodities finance department.  Ms. Greco left the bank as an officer of the marketing division to become Vice President in charge of property management at National Home Builders, Inc.


Ms. Greco, with her husband, is responsible for the ownership and development of over $1.2 billion of mixed use and residential projects comprising more than 1,800 residential units. These projects utilized numerous and varied financial structures facilitated by her relationships with more than twenty major lending institutions, private equity and institutional partners.


Ms. Greco is a licensed real estate professional and holds a BBA from Pace University.

Louis V. Greco III joined SDS in January 2005.  He is currently the Director of Operations, overseeing Building Services and Management, Field Personnel and Corporate Health and Safety Policy and Management. He started work in the field and was later promoted to Director of Field Operations. He managed a staff of over 40 full time employees and supervised SDS’s departments of property management, estimating and purchasing, as well as the day-to-day field operations of work crews. 


During this period, he created and implemented the company’s health and safety programs and employee training programs. His portfolio of properties ranges from a 10 unit condominium to a number of luxury residential condominiums, which typically each have a staff of over 40 employees. 


He holds a BA in Fire and Emergency Management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.


Barbara Resnicow RA, LEED AP joined SDS in January 2008.  She oversees site acquisition and predevelopment project management, including site analysis, architectural, engineering and other consultant contracts, oversight and coordination in predevelopment project phases; lender/equity investor due diligence and coordination; approval processes; condominium offering plans; budget and pro-forma projections; and project tracking. 


Ms. Resnicow has worked in numerous private development and public sector positions, including eight years as Vice President for Manhattan and Bronx Real Estate for the New York City Economic Development Corp. She developed a multi-family residential project in her own firm and worked as an architect/interior designer for several years, also teaching courses as an adjunct professor at NYIT.


She holds a BA Magna Cum Laude from Connecticut College, a M. Arch from Yale School of Architecture, and a MS in Finance from Baruch College, and she is a NYS Registered Architect and LEED AP.


Greg Atkins oversees the project management department at SDS which currently includes 8 projects with over $225 million in capitalization.  Mr. Atkins previously was President of V3 Hotels, which developed the Hotel 718 (currently dba, Aloft Hotel), a 128 key boutique hotel in Downtown Brooklyn. In this role, he was co-general contractor for construction of the $28 million hotel.  Prior to joining V3, he served as Chief of Staff for Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz for five years, overseeing a staff of 70 employees and focusing on the city’s rezoning of Downtown Brooklyn and the public approval process for the Atlantic Yards. 


Mr. Atkins also served as New York State Assemblywoman Joan Millman’s (D-52nd District Brooklyn) Chief-of-Staff, and Director of the Southwest Brooklyn Economic Development Zone.  Private sector work has included serving as Assistant Vice President for State and Local Government Affairs for UBS Paine Webber.


Mr. Atkins graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS in Landscape Architecture and later with a MRP in Regional Planning.
