New construction: 8 story build to suit for the Brooklyn Prospect Charter School and the Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

 

This 42,000 GSF building is sited in the South Slope area of Brooklyn, on a property that is currently occupied by two low rise buildings that will be demolished.  A Special Permit from the BSA for school use in an M1-2d district was attained. The new building will house the Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps in the Cellar and on the First Floor. The school will occupy small portions of the Cellar and First Floor and all of the 2nd to 8th Floors.
