The fourth and largest “be@” property, this project presented the culmination and refinement of many of the ideas developed in prior “be@” properties, including the utilization of a connecting greenhouse fronting on a landscaped courtyard, together with a generous and attractive array of amenity spaces including lounges, fitness center and a common laundry area adjacent to the lounge and fitness center.

 

After assembling four contiguous parcels and air rights, SDS turned to Jamestown Properties as an institutional equity partner for this combination of high- and mid-rise new construction arranged in a mews-like setting that also includes 15,000 square feet of retail space and two levels of below grade parking for approximately 150 vehicles.
