The exteriors of the project feature floor to ceiling windows and Corten façade elements.  The residential portion of the building is entered through a “gate house” on Bond Street and a glass “link” corridor that faces onto a dramatically landscaped courtyard.  Two major art installations have been incorporated into the project design.
