New construction: 29 story, 201 key boutique hotel.

The Project site is a 6,036 SF lot located in the vibrant Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood and in the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District, within a short walk to Barclays Center.  Specifically, it is sited between the Theatre for a New Audience, the Mark Morris Dance Center, and it is adjacent to the Arts Plaza, a new landscaped centerpiece of the Brooklyn Cultural Center.

The project has been designed as a 29 story, 201-room hotel that will be branded as one of the Autograph Collection by Marriott with access to Marriot’s robust reservation system.  This innovative boutique hotel will feature iconic design by the world renowned architect Thomas Leeser and cutting edge interiors by Wilson Associates.  It will comprise a total of 120,000 gross SF, including almost 10,000 SF of food, beverage and event spaces.  The hotel’s design and programming emphasize the arts and the hotel’s connection to the surrounding Brooklyn Cultural District.
